3.Dalga kahve kokularının şehri sarmaladığı @istanbulcoffeefestival'de İzmir'den de birkaç firmanın bulunması sevindiriciydi. @awakeizmir de onlardan biriydi!
Alsancak İtalyan Sokağı'nda, eski "Cakewalk"un yerindeki küçük ve şirin mekana, nihayet bu hafta sonu fırsat bularak gidip tadım yaptım. Meksika ve Guatemala karışımı Türk kahveleri geliştirmeye çok açık, ancak bu konuda daha çok Ar-Ge yapılması gerekiyor! Latte ve Espresso Macchiato'da da özel blendleri gayet başarılıyken, filtre kahvede ise "sifon" ve "drip" yöntemi ile iyi işler çıkartıyorlar!

Bu ufak adımları görmezden geldiğimden değil, daha da fazlasını beklediğimden olsa gerek, ülkemizde "Türk kahvesi ihmal ediliyor!" diye bağırmak istiyorum!! Bakalım ne zaman duyulacak...
