Recently I've been trying different coffee beans instead of Rio Minas, which is a low quality Brazilian product commonly used in Turkey, to prepare my Turkish coffee in order to get a better taste. This morning I used Indonesian Sumatra that shows earthy cedarwood, spice and chocolate aromas.
